It is an ash blonde. The root looks like a Rootbeer float color. There is a little subtle warmth from the icecream brown. This was an open box item. The caps sits very oddly on my head. I have had to cut the ear tabs and add batting to the crown to make it fit well. It wants to poof out at the front sides which creates an insecurity. My other Belle Tress styles caps fit perfectly. According to all of the videos I have watched, no one else had this problem so definitely take a chance on her.
